What is self-directed professional development?
It is one of an alternative method to enhance teacher's competencies for enriching their professionalism, learning improvement, and school improvement. One of the way to conduct it is through discussion of TESOL or TEFL group.
You can improve your competence through many group such as E-Mail, Yahoo Groups, Online Forum (Message Board), and so forth.
